Bob Wilhelm, Chief Executive Officer
Bob joined Adreima in May 2012 as Chief Executive Officer and leads overall operations and corporate functions for the company. Bob has over 15 years of healthcare executive experience and brings his energy, innovation, and leadership experience to te Adreima team.
Bob earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business with a concentration on Strategic Management, Marketing and Economics.
Bob has had a notable track record in the healthcare industry helping companies to grow revenue and deliver new services and solutions. Bob is joining Adreima from the TriZetto Group, a leading provider of world class technology and service solutions to healthcare payers and providers, where he served as President Provider Market. Prior to TriZetto, he held an executive position with Cerner Corporation for the Asia Pacific market.
Connie Perez, President
A former client while vice president of patient care services at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Connie joined Adreima as the COO in May 2004 and was promoted to President in May 2012. Utilizing a participatory management philosophy, Connie has built the solid culture, infrastructure, and focused team that has Adreima poised for continued growth nationwide.
Prior to Adreima, Connie spent most of her career in children’s healthcare. She started her career as a nurse, having received a B.S. in Nursing from Loyola University. She earned her MBA from the Executive Management Program at the Kellogg Business School of Northwestern University.
Connie is the immediate past Chairperson of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and she is the President-elect of Healthcare Financeal Management Association's Arizona chapter. Connie is also an active member of the board for Ryan House, a group that has come together to build a home where respite and hospice care is provided to children and their families. Connie is also a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional.
Glen Reiner, Regional President - West
Glen joined Adreima in 2002 as the Director of Adreima's Clinical Department. His leadership and clinical expertise has helped to develop and grow Adreima's Clinical Services offerings. Today, under Glen's direction, Adreima's Clinical Services Center of Excellence department has expanded in both size and scope of services to provide an array of clinical services to client's throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Adreima, Glen spent 7 years as the Assistant Director of Nursing for a large healthcare corporation. He has spent over 16 years as a Registered Nurse with many of these years specializing in Nurse Management. His extensive knowledge of healthcare coding, billing, reimbursement, denials, and RAC/MIC audits has been instrumental in preparing Adreima to be the premier Clinical Services resource for hospitals.
Glen is an active supporter of Healthcare Financial Management Association and is often sought after for speaking engagements on denials management and clinical audit best practices. Glen is also Chapter President for American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management. Glen obtained his Bachelor's of Nursing degree from Northern Arizona University.
Mark Lawrence, Vice President of Operations - West
Mark has committed his career to healthcare revenue cycle management services. He joined Adreima in 2007 in a newly-created director of operations position after the company’s rapid growth in 2005-2006 created the need for operational leadership. He was promoted to vice president of operations in January of 2009. In this role he has exploited his background to create operational systems to address inventory control and resource allocation.
Prior to joining Adreima, starting in 2002, Mark worked for MedCath, during which time he planned, established, and directed their Western Central Business office. Prior to that he managed the business office of University Health System in San Antonio.
Mark began work in health care by spending six years with GC Services during which he successfully managed a contracted insurance/self-pay follow-up department for St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. Mark received a B.A. in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.
Kathy Turner-Motley, Vice President of Operations - Southeast
Kathy joined Adreima as part of the 2010 acquisition of Florida-based Hospital Inpatient Services (HIS). Her responsibilities encompass overall leadership and direction of all Adreima activities and services for all Southeast clients.
Kathy joined HIS in 1991 as regional director of north Florida operations, and expanded her responsibilities until being named senior vice president of operations in 2005 as she developed a reputation as an expert in the field of patient eligibility determination. She oversaw company expansion up the Eastern seaboard, and managed financial performance as well as overall day-to-day oversight of employees, client relationships, and company policies, and was a significant contributor to HIS’ 8-fold increase in revenue during her tenure.
Prior to HIS Kathy worked in the private and public mental health industry, serving as special projects coordinator at Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, and as mental health counselor at Archbold Hospital in Thomasville, Georgia. She earned her BS in psychology at Union University, and is a member of the Florida Healthcare for Management Association (HFMA) and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM).
