Bob Wilhelm - Chief Executive Officer, Adreima

Mr. Wilhelm joined Adreima in May 2012 as Chief Executive Officer and leads overall operations and corporate functions for the company. Mr. Wilhelm has over 15 years of healthcare executive experience and brings his energy, innovation, and leadership experience to te Adreima team.

Mr. Wilhelm earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business with a concentration on Strategic Management, Marketing and Economics.

Mr. Wilhelm has had a notable track record in the healthcare industry helping companies to grow revenue and deliver new services and solutions. Mr. Wilhelm is joining Adreima from the TriZetto Group, a leading provider of world class technology and service solutions to healthcare payers and providers, where he served as President Provider Market. Prior to TriZetto, he held an executive position with Cerner Corporation for the Asia Pacific market.

Connie Perez – President, Adreima

Prior to joining Adreima in May 2004, Mrs. Perez was Vice President of Clinical Operations at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Mrs. Perez has spent her entire professional career within healthcare, having previously served in various nursing and administrative nursing positions. Mrs. Perez received a B.S. in Nursing from Loyola University and earned her MBA from the Executive Management Program at the Kellogg Business School of Northwestern University. Mrs. Perez is also a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional.

Mrs. Perez is the immediate past Chairperson of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and she is the President-elect of Healthcare Financial Management Association’s Arizona chapter. Mrs. Perez is also an active member of the board for Ryan House, a group that has come together to build a home where respite and hospice care is provided to children and their families.

David Neighbours – Partner, Waud Capital Partners

Mr. Neighbours joined Waud Capital Partners (WCP) in 2003. Prior to joining WCP, Mr. Neighbours worked for Citigroup Investments in New York where he was responsible for the analysis, due diligence and execution of numerous private equity, mezzanine and structured product investments in a variety of industries, including communications, consumer products, financial services, healthcare and leisure. Previously, Mr. Neighbours was with Salomon Smith Barney in New York, where he worked in the firm’s proprietary investment group, SSB Capital Partners, and prior to that, in the firm’s investment banking division. Mr. Neighbours holds a B.B.A., cum laude, in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Adreima.

Gary Mecklenburg – Executive Partner, Waud Capital Partners

Prior to joining Waud Capital Partners (WCP), Mr. Mecklenburg served as President and CEO of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare and Northwestern Memorial Hospital for twenty-one years. Mr. Mecklenburg’s career, which began in 1970, has included senior management positions at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals, Stanford University Hospital and St. Joseph’s Hospital and Franciscan Healthcare in Milwaukee, and he is now recognized as one of the nation’s leading healthcare executives. Mr. Mecklenburg’s national role has included serving as chairman of the American Hospital Association. He also serves on the boards of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the National Center for Healthcare Leadership. Mr. Mecklenburg currently serve as a director of Becton Dickinson and Company (NYSE:BDX).

Kenneth Kaufman – Managing Partner, Kaufman, Hall & Associates

Mr. Kaufman co-founded and serves as Managing Partner of Kaufman, Hall & Associates, one of the nation’s most respected independent strategic financial and capital consultancy firms. Mr. Kaufman is one of the nation’s leading authorities in healthcare, providing strategic counsel and guidance to healthcare organizations throughout the country. He is recognized as an expert in all aspects of capital advisory services, including capital allocation, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kaufman has presented more than 300 programs to audiences throughout the country, including seminars sponsored by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the American Hospital Association (AHA). He is the author of numerous books, including most recently Focus on Finance: 10 Critical Issues for Hospital Leadership. Mr. Kaufman holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospital Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
