Shared Governance Council

At Adreima, our culture and values influence all of the decisions we make regarding Team Members, including benefits and incentives. We also work to ensure that our team members have a voice in those decisions through our Shared Governance Council, formed in 2008. This group is comprised of team members from a cross section of the company with the mission to help build, promote, and maintain our culture of a healthy work place by:
